Now with our easy returns policy, returning a product is very convenient. If you have received a product which is ?Damaged, Defective, or Not as described? and you wish to return the product, you have 10 days (48 hours for damaged and defective) to raise a return request by just following the below-mentioned procedures:
Raise a return request by filling out a return/exchange request form or by sending us the return request mail on our customer support email id "support@brizberry.com".
Note: For damaged and defective products, please share the product images along with the packaging images.
Once we have received your request, one of our Customer Service Executives will get in touch with you to further understand the issue and will process the request for an exchange or return.
We do a reverse pickup of the product which is ?Damaged, Defective, or Not as described from the customer?s place in an unused/undamaged condition with all tags, bills and original packaging intact.
After the reverse pick-up, we run a quality check on the product, you can expect a refund shortly after passing the quality check. In case of an exchange, your replacement will be shipped after passing the quality check. Kindly note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability and your address being serviceable for an exchange.
Please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Brizberry does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. We do not accept returns on customized products.
Brizberry reserves the right to restrict the return or exchange of the items if a customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in Brizberry?s sole discretion.
